Refund & Return Policy — Windsor Row

1. Overview
At Windsor Row, we are committed to delivering premium-quality apparel and a refined shopping experience. While we strive for complete customer satisfaction, all returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed strictly by the policy outlined below.
By placing an order on Windsor Row, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition;

All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact;

The item must show no signs of wear, odor, damage, alteration, or use;

Proof of purchase is required.
All returns and exchanges are subject to manual inspection and approval by Windsor Row.
Windsor Row reserves the right to refuse any request that does not fully comply with these conditions.
3. No Refunds for Personal Preference
Refunds or returns based solely on personal preference are not accepted, including but not limited to:

“I didn’t like the item”

“I changed my mind”
-
“It doesn’t suit my style”
Exception
Customers located in the European Union may exercise the 14-day cooling-off right, as detailed in Section 10.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstance:

Promotional or discounted items (including Buy 1 Get 1 Free, flash sales, clearance, or limited-time offers);

Free gifts or bonus items;

Underwear, swimwear, or personal care items (for hygiene reasons);

Items returned without original packaging or missing components;
-
Items that do not meet the return eligibility conditions.
All promotional purchases are treated as final sale, unless otherwise required by law.
5. Exchanges (Size, Color, or Item)
5.1 Exchanges Due to Windsor Row Error
If you receive an incorrect item, color, or size due to an error by Windsor Row:

Windsor Row will arrange a replacement or refund;

Windsor Row will cover all related shipping costs.
5.2 Exchanges Due to Customer Error (Wrong Size or Preference)
European Union Customers
Exchanges are permitted according to EU consumer protection laws.
Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery, as outlined in Section 10.
United States & Non-European Union Customers
For customers located in the United States or any country outside the European Union:

Refunds for change of mind or personal preference are not accepted under any circumstance;

Exchanges are permitted one (1) time per order only, strictly for size or color, subject to stock availability;
-
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, confirmed by tracking information;
-
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
The customer is fully responsible for:

Return shipping costs;
-
Reshipment shipping costs;
-
Any applicable shipping and handling fees.
Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted, without exception.
Windsor Row provides detailed sizing charts for all products, and customers are solely responsible for selecting the correct size before completing their purchase.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return or exchange is due to a verified error by Windsor Row:

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer;

Windsor Row does not provide prepaid return labels;
-
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Returns must be shipped within 7 days after approval.
Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of the request.
7. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days;
-
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only;
-
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Promotional Orders (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1 Free)
Promotional orders are treated as single bundled transactions.
To qualify for any refund (when legally applicable), all items must be returned together in unused condition.
Partial returns are not accepted.
8. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery;

Provide your order number and clear photographic evidence.
Once verified, Windsor Row will offer a replacement or a full refund.
Return shipping costs are covered only in these cases.
Windsor Row reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any claim.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement.
After this window, processing may have begun and cancellation is not guaranteed.
10. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU):

EU customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, without justification;

Items must be unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging intact;
-
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, as permitted by law.
This right applies exclusively to end consumers within the European Union.
11. Abuse, Fraud & Chargebacks
Windsor Row reserves the right to refuse service, returns, or refunds in cases of:

Excessive or abusive return behavior;

Suspected fraud or policy manipulation;

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes without prior contact.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

Account suspension

Evidence submission to payment providers
12. Processing Times

Refunds and exchanges are processed within 5–10 business days after return verification;

Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier operations.
